Meanwhile, her Bengali film Noukadubi is up for release and Riya is eager to see how people will react to her totally de-glam avatar in the film. The director Rituparno Ghosh taught her how to drape a traditional Bengali saree, asked her to learn to cut vegetables etc to get her kitchen shots right. So far she was only getting the bedroom eyes right.
